1. Are your products real gold?
All of our Gold or Rose Gold pieces are used Vacuum Metalizing craft. We source only the finest metals for all of our jewelry pieces. The base is made from 316L stainless steel, unless otherwise stated on our product pages.
Our stainless steel based jewelry is tarnish and water resistant. Our items are hypoallergenic and made to stand the test of time. They will never fade, rust, tarnish, corrode, or get stains.
2. How can I clean my jewelry?
Our stainless steel based jewelry is tarnish and water resistant, meaning caring for your pieces is simple. Avoid contact with strong chemicals and cleaning agents (detergent, bleach, perfume) as these solutions may damage the layer of gold or silver plating and will cause tarnishing or discoloration.
Keep your jewelry pristine and clean by wiping them down with a scratch-free cloth for a smudge-free shine.
3. How long does shipping take?
Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalized, resulting in varied processing times. Offering such a large catalog of unique jewelry pieces means that our production times will vary for each item. The best way to find out the expected delivery date of one of our pieces is to check on the individual product page to find it’s Shipping Estimate.
If you’ve already completed a purchase, open your Order Confirmation email and click on the “View your order” button to see the status of each item in your order, along with an estimated delivery date.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes. Our team promptly processes orders to ensure your jewelry is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Need help finding your ring size?
Use a piece of string to measure around the bigger knuckle on the finger you want to wear the ring on. Wrap the string around the knuckle loosely and mark the string with a pen or marker.
Measure the length of the string to your mark on a millimeter ruler. Try to lay the string flat on a surface beside the ruler without stretching it. If the string is a little curly, try wetting it so it lays straight.

Can I add a note or gift wrapping?
Right now, we do not offer any sort of gift wrapping or personalized notes on orders. We're hoping to offer this later in the year so join our mailing list and we'll let you know when we launch new items and options!
Will the cost of the items be included in the shipment?
No, we never including cost, receipts or any kind of pricing in our packages so you can still send an order as a gift!
We do not offer expedited production on personalized orders. Since all of our personalized orders are hand made, the production time is typically around 7-10 days.
Some of our production facilities may offer expedited shipping after the item is created, but it does not change the production timing. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.
